Learners are able to process ideas in the text and they can read more complex stories. Illustrations may not be needed to understand the text. This is an interesting story of two courageous friends, Kazungu and Abdul. One day, their teacher of Science, Mr. Karogi sent them to the farm to get maize for a Science lesson. When they got to the farm, they discovered that some maize stalks were missing cobs. The two boys decided to find a solution to the problem. They caught the thief. This is a story that teaches learners to be brave and to shun bad behaviour such as stealing. This book is CBC approved by KICD.
