Kenya Books (Levelled Reader)

Below are all books, organized by levelled reader, that are available on Darasa Online. All levelled reader children’s books are Kenya Institute of Curriculum Design (KICD) competency-based curriculum (CBC) approved. They are written for children of all levels regardless of grade. Learners at this level need simple read aloud books to develop their oral skills and print awareness. Texts with single words help learners at this level to match spoken words with print. The learners are also learning to identify letters and to name them. Left-to-right orientation in reading is developed.
